I built the brand around one clear idea: an insightful ally. Not clinical, not cutesy. Something that meets people where they are and helps them make smarter choices without adding more to their plate. That meant defining a voice that explains the why, offers options instead of orders, and never makes users feel judged for missing a check-in. Every decision, from the mascot to the color palette to the tone of voice, was designed to feel grounded, natural, and reassuring.
