Eggland's Best had three product lines and a library of user-generated content they were ready to put to work. The challenge wasn't just turning UGC into media-ready creative fast. It was making sure each product line had its own visual identity without losing the master brand in the process.
I started by studying what was already working. The photography, the color language, how different products sat next to each other. From there I built distinct looks for each family but made sure they shared the same bones. Same padding logic, same logo rules, same way of pulling color from an image. So anything could slot in without breaking anything. Then we built the templates. Every format the team actually used. The goal was simple: they shouldn't have to call us. Drop the image in. Go.



The numbers surprised even me. The best creative work I've done isn't the stuff that wins awards. It's the stuff that keeps working after I leave the room.
