Axsome faced a clear challenge: position its Patient Support Services in a competitive market without a unified brand or messaging to anchor it. The stakes were fragmented awareness, lost differentiation, and weakened trust across patients and HCPs.
We gave Axsome PSS a clear strategic foundation, a cohesive brand identity, and the messaging to match. Every tool and asset we built was designed to educate HCPs, engage patients, and move the program forward.




The work landed. Axsome PSS emerged with a unified brand and messaging strategy that drove meaningful engagement with HCPs and patients, and carved out real differentiation in the CNS space.
