BMS needed more than a vendor. They needed a partner who could think across a portfolio, move fast, and bring the same level of strategic rigor to a billing guide as they would to a full product launch. The work spanned HCP education, patient access, field enablement, congress execution, and everything in between.
Every project was different, but the approach was the same. Understand the problem, identify who it was really affecting, and build something that made their job or their journey easier. Whether that was a field rep trying to handle an access challenge or an HCP looking for a billing code, the work always started with the person on the other end of it.
From strategy to execution, the work covered a lot of ground. An unbranded TYK2 education platform set the stage for a future branded launch. Field playbooks gave FRMs clear, consistent guidance for navigating patient access. A consolidated HCP reference guide simplified enrollment and support program information into a single resource. A multi-channel patient support program launched on time with 100 approved pieces. And a streamlined billing and coding system made sure HCPs could find what they needed without the wait.


This wasn't one project. It was years of work across strategy, content, creative, and technology, each piece connected to a larger goal of making the BMS portfolio easier to understand, access, and act on for HCPs, patients, and field teams alike.
